No, you do not need a Mental Health Care Plan or referral from a GP in order to access services provided by a Counsellor or Life Coach.

No fees will be charged if 24 hours’ notice is provided, to cancel / change the appointment.
If a session is cancelled / rescheduled by a client with less than 24 hours’ notice, a late cancellation charge of AUD 65.00 will be payable.
You are strongly encouraged to give adequate notice if you cannot make it to an appointment; this allows us to make the appointment timeslot available to other clients on the waitlist.
